Mr. Lindsey received both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Wyoming. In practice since 1988, Mr. Lindsey represents clients in both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Lindsey’s civil experience includes the representation of physicians and nurses before state licensing boards, civil rights litigation, and the representation of corporations and individuals in other civil litigation. As part of Mr. Lindsey’s criminal defense practice, he has represented defendants in criminal cases in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Lindsey also has represented numerous people in death penalty cases at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Lindsey is admitted to practice before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of Arizona.
